Enabling Message Manager by Defining a COs

About this task

To administer predefined groups of subscribers for Message Manager:

Log in to the Communication Manager Messaging web page.
Under Messaging Administration, select Classes-of-Service page.
The system displays the Manage Classes-of-Service page.
Select the class-of-service that you want to edit.
Enter y in the fields labeled:
- IMAPI Access?
- IMAPI Message Transfer?
Security
Allowing IMAPI and trusted server access increase the possibility for toll fraud. See System Security for more information.
Set the Voice Mail Message Maximum Length to 1200 seconds.
Set the Call Answer Message Maximum Length to 1200 seconds.
Set the Mailbox Size Maximum to at least 12000 seconds.
Click Save.
