Enabling Subscribers for Message Manager

Now that the platform is administered to handle the Message Manager application, you must give subscribers access to Message Manager. There are two ways in which you can enable subscribers for Message Manager:

• On an individual (subscriber-by-subscriber) basis

• By defining a Class of Service (COS)

If you have a large number of subscribers to administer, defining or revising a COS is more efficient than enabling each subscriber individually.
