Listing Subscribers by Class Of Service

About this task

Sort and filter the subscribers list by the class-of-service of each local subscriber. This feature is not available for remote subscribers.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Messaging web page.
  2. Under Messaging Administration, select Subscriber Management.

    The system displays the Manage Subscribers page.

  3. Click Filter to view the Sort and Filter Local Subscribers page.

    Alternatively, click Manage, and then click Sort and Filter Subscribers.

  4. The system displays the Sort and Filter Local Subscribers page.
  5. Select Class Of Service and make it the primary sort key or secondary sort key.

    The Primary column determines the first sort key in ascending or descending order. The Secondary column determines the second sort key, in case there are ties in the primary sort.

  6. In the From and To column, select the Class Of Service that determines the list's filter range.
  7. Click Save.

    The system displays the changed sort order in the subscriber list.

Result

You can change the way that the subscribers are listed from the Sort and Filter Remote Subscribers page . There are a set of filter options from which you can view the desired way subscribers are listed or to search for subscribers with specific attributes on the Manage Local Subscribers or Manage Remote Subscribers page.

There are two ways to access the Sort and Filter Remote Subscribers page:

These pages cannot be used to change data for a subscriber. To change data for a subscriber, you must use the Subscriber screen.

A subscriber must be in the system database to be listed on the screens.
