Mailbox Manager for the messaging software is a tool for managing single or multiple servers.
Mailbox Manager extracts information from the message server and stores this information in a database located on your PC or network. This process allows Mailbox Manager to manage some of the vast amount of data stored in your message server.
By using Mailbox Manager, you can streamline the tasks associated with mailbox moves, adds, and changes (called MACs in the program), thus allowing you more time for handling the growing list of responsibilities facing today's telecommunications manager.
With Mailbox Manager, you can:
Create customized reports that indicate how your message server database is organized and provide listings of common settings.
Perform all daily message server tasks related to mailboxes and Classes of Service by using a single point-of-entry graphical user interface (GUI).
Move, add, and change mailboxes during normal work hours, and schedule Mailbox Manager to implement the changes automatically when it is least disruptive to business.
For more information on Mailbox Manager, see the documentation that accompanies the software.
