THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Contact form
When contacting DataCom using our contact form we collect additional information such as your name, your email address, along with the subject and contents of the message. We use that information to reply or to contact the sender. Once submitted, the contact information and message is delivered to DataCom and once received is subject to DataCom’s Terms and Conditions and internal policies.

If you are a DataCom subscriber, you may also have an account login. Additional information such as name, address, phone number, etc. is also collected in order to setup an account. Having such an account is subject to DataCom’s Terms and Conditions.

Information for subscribers with an account is stored in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit account information.
Your rights over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
