Setting Up a Holiday Schedule

To set up the holiday schedule:

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Communication Manager Messaging web page.
  2. Under Messaging Administration, select Attendant Management.
  3. Select an attendant and click the List Schedules button to view its schedule.
  4. From the Holiday Schedules box, select one to edit.
  5. Click Edit the Selected Schedule button.

    The system displays the Auto-Attendant Routing Holiday Schedules page.

    NoteNote

    The automated attendant must be set up before you can type it in the Mailbox field.

  6. Complete the fields on this screen using the information in the table for Field Definitions: Auto-Attendant Routing Holiday Schedule page.
  7. Click Update to save the information to the system database.
