This installation checklist provides descriptions of the required procedures to install a Communication Manager Messaging system.
Communication Manager Messaging release 5.2 and Communication Manager are co-resident on a server. They are integreated using H.323 / Q.Sig protocol.
You can install Communication Manager Messaging release 5.2 on an S8300, S8400, S8500-Series Server.
You must install and configure Communication Manager before you set up the Communication Manager Messaging (CMM) server.
The license and authentication files are installed on Communication Manager.
